If your website does not have a CMS, you will most likely need your web company to make all changes for you. Even the smallest text changes can take days and we have been shocked at the prices some companies charge for the most trivial changes. With a CMS you can logon and edit the text and add pictures as easily as sending an email. For most users we recommend WordPress due to it’s ease of use,  the vast amounts of free training material and the huge range of widgets that can be added (like the weather one on this site).
